Our Policy

Because every piece is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size/colour change of mind. We stand fully behind quality — if your order arrives defective or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Eligible for Replacement / Refund

• Print defect (fading, cracking, misprint)
• Manufacturing defect (stitching, fabric hole)
• Wrong item received
• Damaged in transit

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.

Not Eligible

• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
• Slight colour variation due to screen calibration
• Damage caused by washing incorrectly

How to Raise a Claim

Email hey@thenalayakclub.com with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the issue
• Brief description

We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds may take an additional 2–5 days depending on your bank.
