Processing Time
All products are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order is dispatched. We don't hold inventory — every piece is printed fresh for you.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, expect delivery in 5–8 business days across India. Total time from order to delivery: approximately 8–13 business days.
Shipping Partners
We ship via Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart depending on your pin code. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD is available across most pin codes in India. A handling fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders. COD is not available on orders above ₹3,000.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
Lost / Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hey@thenalayakclub.com with your order ID and we'll sort it out.
