2. Products
All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and print processes. Sizing charts are provided on each product page — please review before ordering.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across India for eligible orders.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by The Nalayak Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nalayak Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
